We are delighted to annouce the launch of Dr Ken Catchpole's new site www.safersurgery.co.uk

Dr Catchpole approached us to create a new identity and website which would reflect the amazing work that he has been doing to increase safety in medical organisations through his fascinating research into 'Human Factors in Health Care'.

Dr Catchpole is currently Associate Director of Surgical Safety and Human Factors Research at the Cedars Sinai Medical Centre, Los Angeles, however he gives seminars worldwide to healthcare professionals and academics to help promote a safer surgical environment.

Ken's new website has a fully integrated CMS to enable him to update and edit his website in his own time and although we would normally provide one-to-one training to enable him to dive straight in, sadly we were unable to go to LA to do so! We have provided him with a comprehensive written guide however and will jump at the chance to visit him, just to make sure everything is in working order of course.

Some of the pages are still "works in progress" for Ken, but we're sure you'll agree the site looks great and is a great platform for him to showcase the valuable work he and his colleagues are doing.
